Close your eyes for a moment and think about defining scenes from 2024. Look back at these moments in your mind.

Was everything as you wanted it to be? Were you happy with the situation? If so, consider the experience to be good and enjoy the satisfaction.

What about the next scene? Was everything there as you expected it to be? NO? Then take another look at what went wrong and add it to your experiences. Decide that this is also good – and now enjoy the satisfaction.

Accept what you have experienced, it is a part of you that you should not live with in an eternal struggle.

Your guide for the new year is not the good wishes of others. They are your own experiences – including your mistakes, which you have now accepted. Use these experiences wisely, because they are your greatest treasure.

It is entirely up to you whether you go through the new year laughing or crying. This decision is yours alone.
