Well, it’s about the lousy topic of government, pharmaceuticals, chemical drugs and diseases. A topic that is more than hotly debated. Now, everyone should form their own opinion, but not focus on the present, but also include history and historical events. Whereby history, historical events, traditions and naturopathy are not exactly among the most popular topics in the public media.

Why am I posting this video? Well, I folded up once and after a few months in intensive care, I did a lot of things that are very difficult to explain. I was mentally useless and physically pretty much at the end. One thing that is very familiar to me in the video is sauna and bathing.
I don’t normally write about myself in public, but I’ll make an exception here.
My body literally craved the heat, and I had a permanent temperature deficit of around 10 degrees Celsius. With an outside temperature of 23 degrees, I was freezing and shivering in the beer garden, while it was pleasantly warm for others. Bathing once or twice a day or combining it with a sauna was like an addiction.
Today I only have minor mental limitations such as “facial blindness” where I can’t remember faces, my short-term memory is very poor but after three months I remember it again and I’ve never really mastered spelling 😁
Well, I can see many parallels here with my history, where I acted instinctively. I can only recommend the video!
