This is how you process the return, send the item back and get your money back.
General information about Lazada and online stores in Asia
Be sensible when ordering – you won’t get a new Samsung S24 for 2,000 baht! And there are many other products that are available “cheaply copied” in the country of copying. 😁
Unpack your order as soon as you receive it, check the contents, function and quality! If something is not right, send it back, otherwise you’ll just be annoyed.
Not all products can be returned. Always pay attention to the following information in the item description:
- 30 Day Free Return (30 days free return)
- 3 Day, Change My Mind (3 days to change your mind)
The number of days may vary and the conditions may be described or named differently.
If this information is missing, it is better to choose a product that has these options in the description. Otherwise you will not be able to return the item and you can find more details in the video.

Generally
- Work exclusively with the Lazada app.
- If you do not have support for the Thai language, switch the app to English under Account -> Settings -> Country / Language.
- From English to German you can use an online translator if your English is not so good. If you have problems with forms, switch off the online translator.
- You can also translate Thai texts into your language using the online translator. It’s a matter of taste, it’s up to you. The same applies here: if you encounter problems with forms, switch off the online translator. As a rule, you are better off with English.
What you need
- A description in Thai or English
- At least one photo
- A short video (recommended: no longer than 20 seconds)
Return shipment
When you make your first return, you configure “Standard shipping”. You can change this under Account -> Settings. In this example, the return is sent via “Flash Express”.
After creating the return, a barcode for Flash Express will be displayed under Returns -> Details -> Chat. You show this barcode to Flash Express when you hand in the return.
Depending on the retailer, it can take up to 4 days for the barcode to be displayed in the Lazada app.
