Qubic Mining the check

It’s certainly a bit of a hype at the moment, and I’m suspicious. That’s why the Qubic Mining check is coming now.

One of the reasons for looking into things was that videos on the subject of passive income have appeared on YouTube on channels that I know often feature topics that “don’t work”.

However, a comment on a video in the YouTobe community prompted me to take a closer look at the Qubic Minig.

Preparation for mining

We do the most important thing on the homepage: https://qubic.org/. There you can get an overview of the project and find further information that I won’t go into here.

To calculate your hashrate you can use: https://hashrate.no/coins/QUBIC/calculator.

Wallet

To get started, you must first create a wallet. Here you can choose between WEB Wallet, Desktop Wallet, Mobile Wallet or Browser Extension.

To do this, go to https://qubic.org/ and go to “Wallet”

Miner Download

Here you have to dig through the links to get to the miner download.

For the sake of simplicity, just use this link: https://github.com/Qubic-Solutions/rqiner-builds/releases.

I describe which processor architecture you choose in the video, then you decide which miner you download.

Set up Miner start file

Create a *.bat file with the contents in the same directory as the miner files:

CPU Mining

miner-cpu.bat

rqiner-x86-broadwell.exe -t 8 -i SNVCQUJRZZRKLBRZTBOYKHTKFEHAXCZBGZHUKLLCBFDPMBVFSUYXSUGFHASM -l K4-WIN

GPU Mining

Miner options

The following parameters are available for the miner.

The file name of the miner determines which miner you use, see the explanations in the video.

Make sure to change the wallet and enter your wallet address!

-t	Number of processor cores to be used.
-i	Walled address to which is meant. This is also the payout address. Credit can only be paid out to this address.
-l	Name of the miner, also known as the worker.
